  • Harness your strengths This morning my wife Emily started talking about a book she was reading that really struck a chord with me. The book is about a girl who struggled throughout school. She was disruptive in class so the school wrote her off as “challenged” and sent her to a “special” school. Her parents then sent her [...]

  • Paragliding Makapu’u A few weeks ago I tried tandem paragliding at Makapu’u. Amazing experience. We flew all the way over to Waimanalo and back. The flight was an hour long. Raymar (Ray) was an awesome pilot.

It’s time to swallow our pride and adopt [...]

  • Avocado Burrito Recipe Ok it’s about time I did a youtube video, and I’ve been wanting to take new Flip video camera that my wife got for Xmas (thanks Dad!) for a test drive. You’ll have to forgive the amateur quality of this video, this was my first iMove experience, and I think from now on I’ll use [...]

  • How to watch commercial-free HDTV on Demand without cable I have recently found a zen with my digital media setup, and would like to share this knowledge with you. The way it works is that I get notified when there are new episodes of my favorite shows available for download (sometimes before it is shown on the networks!). I then download them in HD [...]
